ACCOUNT & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR-Quincy, IL
Quincy Recycle is one of the fastest growing providers of recycling services in the Midwest. Established in 1974, Quincy Recycle has five plants located in Quincy, IL; Alsip (Chicago), IL; New Haven (Fort Wayne), IN; St. Louis, MO and West Bend, WI.
The Account & Logistics Coordinator is an integral business partner at Quincy Recycle. They work as a team member with the General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Team and Finance. The role is a full time, Monday - Friday position. Some flexibility in hours required.
Responsibilities:
oManage multiple phone lines
oAccurate & efficient data entry
oCoordinate logistics with vendors and customers
oSupport the sales and operation management teams
Requirements:
oBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
oProven track record in providing professional customer service
oCritical thinking and problem solving
oHigh level of ownership & accountability
oProficient in Microsoft Office
