We are seeking a Product Manager to lead and grow our newly developed TV product line. We currently envisage that this role will be based in Nova Scotia, Canada. However, we may be able to open a discussion regarding exact location for an exceptional candidate based in another region.
The successful candidate can look forward to a variety of challenges including:
Coordination of Nautel's TV product line;
Building strong alliances globally;
Close involvement in the Sales and Marketing of the product.
Ideal applicants should possess:
Proven product or project management skills in a technical and global environment;
A strong understanding of technical industries;
TV transmission and associated product knowledge would be ideal;
A technical education or equivalent experience;
Proven communication skills across multiple cultures;
Multiple language skills would be an asset;
Excellent relationship and team building skills;
Highly polished presentation skills;
The ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals;
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment;
Ability to work well within a team as well as operating autonomously.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
