Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping up soybean product and byproduct Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractor with front loader, skid-steer, man-lift, forklift, UTV, etc.
Collect product samples and transport them to the lab Monitor and measure tank levels Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and process equipment operation Monitor product quality specifications Maintain a safe and clean work environment Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures What you'll need:
Be 18 years or older Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
