We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clubhouse Manager to oversee the operations of our club.
As a Clubhouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all club activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service for members and guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Address and resolve member and guests concerns effectively.
-Recruit, train and supervise front-of-house staff, including host/hostess, servers, bartenders and waitstaff.
-Develop and maintain staff schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate all club operations, including bartending, dietary department, and food production - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones - Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to organize special events and promotions, Golf Tournaments, Weddings, parties and member events.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management -Work closely with members creating and aiding in special events such as weddings, receptions, special dinners.
This includes menus, set-ups, pricing and billing and execution.

-Helping direct Social Media in member newsletter, Facebook and other media -Work closely with General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Accountant, Chef and Golf Department.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of food industry trends - Proficient in food production methods and food safety regulations - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Computer skills involving schedules, member charges, cash sales, credit card transactions ordering inventory.
Use of Excel and Word.
Club uses JONAS as Point of Sale and financial reporting.
Knowledge of this is helpful.
