We're looking for a caring, professional leader to oversee services to adults who have intellectual disabilities and receive residential supports in the community.
As the supervisor, you'll have the opportunity every day to enrich the clients' lives by providing engaging activities, in-home supports, and well-trained employees to assist people in living full and meaningful lives! You will also provide case management and treatment planning for the adults in your residential facility/service array.
Applicants must possess:
A degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Human Services, etc.
) 2
years of experience in supervision of employees Driver's license and good driving record Ability to pass background checks and drug test Full-time position, mainly daytime hours of work with occasional on-call rotation.
