JOB DUTIES:
Answering phone calls Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department Scanning and filing documents Operate computer and cash register to process transactions in cash, electronically, or by check Various other office tasks, as needed SKILLS NEEDED:
Verbal and written communication skills Computer literacy Punctuality Team player Previous office experience is a plus, but not required The schedule will be Monday through Friday 10:
00am-7:
00pm and every other Saturday 8:
00am - 5:
00pm.
When working on Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
