Reporting directly to the Owner, the Store Manager will be responsible for leading our team of associates, driving strong, consistent store performance, and building customer loyalty.
This is an exciting opportunity for an highly motivated individual who loves to organize, train and, mentor others.
To the qualified Store Manager we offer:
Compensation, commensurate with experience, earning potential of $65,000 - $80,000 per year Uncapped commission/Bonus PTO Simple IRA with match Laptop and company phone Discounts on merchandise The ideal candidate will possess a unique balance of empathy and a strong commitment to performance along with initiative, outstanding attention to detail, consistent follow through, and an unwavering commitment to integrity.
Primary duties of the Store Manager:
Ensure that store culture and standards are maintained Hire, train, oversee and develop the staff to care for our customers Monitor store performance metrics daily and ensure results are achieved Marketing - in store, online, and social media Oversee regular audits and inventory control Manage the firearms program Requirements for the Store Manager:
Aligns with company vision and values Demonstrated success in hands-on leadership & management of sales/retail organization Combination of Empathy & Drive for results Above average attention to detail Excellent verbal communication skills Strong computer skills Pawn Plus, Inc.
