The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software, experience in a manufacturing environment, and AS9100 experience.
Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards Manage and oversee the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support as needed Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions Monitor and analyze quality data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve overall quality performance Coordinate and participate in customer audits and visits, addressing any quality concerns or inquiries Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices Qualifications Strong experience with ERP software, preferably in a manufacturing environment Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality assurance Proven experience with AS9100 and knowledge of aerospace industry standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and leadership abilities ASQ certification is a plus You should be proficient in:
