30PM JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible to coordinate timely and accurate capture of data elements requirement for accurate billing, coding, and continuity of care, in both the hospital inpatient and ambulatory setting.
This coordination occurs through initiating, assisting with, and monitoring chart completion activities on a regular basis by confirming documentation filed within the medical record and by the assignment of deficiencies to facilitate timely physician chart completion.
Assists with scanning required documentation as required, both electronically and manually to the proper location.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services.
It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
