Job Description Area Home Services is looking to expand our team and hire a Customer Service Representative and project scheduler.
This position is front and center of the Customer Experience and will require:
Communication with Clients regarding Production Schedule/Project status Work hand and hand with the Installation team on project statuses on a daily basis Communication with Sales & Management Team regarding Production Schedule, Real time updates & A/R's Support the Sales, Installation & Management team on a daily basis Maintain ACCURATE information in CRM and Project Files Assist GM with payroll processing, invoice sorting, and filing Maintain an organized working space Perform other duties as assigned Essential functions include:
Provide customers with a friendly, knowledgeable and professional experience.
Handle all customer service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, project management or other related fields.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Knowledgable in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to talk with customers in an engaging, friendly manner.
