Laundry Pickup & Delivery Driver Quincy, Illinois Part-time (20 hours) Job Description The ZWash pickup & delivery driver will receive pickup order notifications via our mobile app & complete routes per customer requests.
If driver is assisting within the laundromat:
Assist self-service laundry customers as needed with washers, dryers, coin machines, vending machines and washer/dryer issues.
Performs washing, drying, folding of drop-off laundry customers according to procedures as dictated by the customers.
Assist Video Gaming Clients with questions about the use of the machines and serve drinks and snacks to Gaming clients.
Maintain cleanliness of store and machines after each customer! Build customer satisfaction through daily interaction with every customer! Driver
Responsibilities:
Maintain a valid drivers license Monitor pickup notifications and pickup schedule for the following day Must be able to carry 40-50 lbs of laundry Organizational skills are required to ensure all orders are kept together Inform management of vehicle maintenance Maintains cleanliness of company owned vehicle (no eating in company vehicle) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Must be able to work under pressure with a variety of customers and personalities Must have great customer skills and work well with other teammates Additional Information/Compensation and
